Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.-
The submission is original work.
- Manuscript is aligned with the mission and purpose of the Journal of International Social Studies

The submitted manuscript is written in English (initial submission for review). After review and acceptance, a second copy of the same paper may be submitted in a second language.

The manuscript has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.

The submitted file is in Microsoft Word or RTF document file format.
- The submitted article is blinded, with all author(s) identifying information removed from the title page and body of the article, as well as from the document file properties.

The text follows the most recent APA guidelines, is double-spaced and uses a 12-point font in Times New Roman; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines section below.
